Brand & Partnerships Manager · Sydney

SKDIV is looking for a Brand & Partnerships Manager to turn CREWcasts' reach into partnerships that last, bring brands and clients to SKDIV, and build the network of creators, talent managers and industry names that keeps our guest list growing.

Key Requirements & Responsibilities

- Find, pitch and close brand partnerships for CREWcasts, from Episode Partner sponsorships to longer campaigns and brand integrations.
- Bring in clients for SKDIV's software and media production services through B2B outreach that fits our goals.
- Build relationships with talent managers, agencies and PR teams so the right guests come to us, creators, streamers, founders and gaming professionals.
- Run guest outreach end to end, from the first message to the booked date, working with our production team on scheduling.
- Write the proposals, partnership decks and pitches that win the room,



and the reports that bring partners back.
- Lead PR for SKDIV and CREWcasts, pitching stories to press, other podcasts and industry events.
- Represent SKDIV and CREWcasts in meetings, at events and on calls, as the face of the brand.
- Work with design, content and production to deliver every campaign on time and on brief.
- Keep the pipeline in one place, track every conversation and deal, and report what's landed each month.
- Experience in partnerships, PR, talent or business development, ideally in creator, gaming or media, with sharp writing and a knack for negotiation.
