We are actively hiring Project Engineers across the business for a diverse portfolio of education, health and high-rise residential projects in Sydney.

This is a full-time position based on site, with head office being in Sydney CBD.

As a Project Engineer you will:

- Promote a strong culture of Health, Safety and Quality, identifying risks and implementing effective controls.
- Contribute to design and constructability reviews, value engineering and cost-saving initiatives.
- Support subcontractor procurement, construction planning, programming, budgeting and monthly reporting.
- Coordinate site logistics, work sequencing, materials, inspections and subcontractor activities.
- Monitor construction progress, productivity, program and budget, identifying and reporting variances.
- Work closely with Site Managers, Supervisors and the project delivery team to optimise resources and achieve project objectives.
- Lead and mento Site Engineers, Cadets and other team members.
- Build effective relationships with clients, subcontractors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with project requirements,



industrial relations policies and workplace procedures.

What will make you stand out?

- Proven experience as a Site or Project Engineer within a commercial construction or building environment.
- Experience delivering new build education, healthcare or residential projects valued at $100million or more
- Experience working successfully with a head contractor, preferably tier 1 or 2.
- Proven solid relationships with subcontractors
- Strong problem solving abilities, attention to detail and the capacity to manage competing priorities.
- A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
