Role Description: The Graphic Designer role at Rollie is a full-time, on-site position based in Melbourne, VIC. In this role, the Graphic Designer develops visual assets for digital and print channels, including campaign graphics, social media content, email creatives, and in-store materials. The Graphic Designer collaborates with the marketing and product teams to translate brand direction into cohesive visual storytelling across all touchpoints. Responsibilities include creating and refining brand visuals,



designing layouts for lookbooks and presentations, and preparing production-ready files. The role also involves maintaining brand consistency, contributing ideas to creative campaigns, and staying current with design trends relevant to fashion and lifestyle brands.

Qualifications

- Strong visual design skills in Graphics and Graphic Design, with a portfolio showcasing contemporary, brand-aligned work.
- Minimum 3 years in a Graphic Design role
- Proficiency in Typography, with the ability to select and arrange type for clear, engaging communication.
- Advanced skills with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign and Figma).
- Experience creating assets for digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce environments.
- Attention to detail, ability to manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, team-oriented studio setting.
- Interest in fashion, lifestyle brands, and consumer-focused storytelling is highly beneficial.
