Your new role

An chance exists for an experienced Master Scheduler to take ownership of an integrated master schedule supporting a major program of work. Working closely with project teams, delivery partners and senior stakeholders, you'll provide accurate scheduling insights, identify delivery risks and support informed decision-making across the program.

- Develop and maintain an integrated master schedule across multiple projects and workstreams.
- Coordinate project schedules, milestones and dependencies with internal and external stakeholders.
- Undertake critical-path analysis, variance assessments and schedule recovery planning.
- Manage schedule baselines, change control and scheduling quality assurance.




- Prepare schedule performance reports, forecasts and executive-level dashboards.

What you'll need to succeed

- Extensive hands-on integrated master scheduling experience.
- Ideally 10+ years' experience in project scheduling, estimation and controls.
- Experience supporting major infrastructure, engineering or complex technology programs.
- Proficiency in enterprise scheduling software such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage uncertainty, competing priorities and challenging delivery timelines.
