We're looking for energetic, commercially driven Business Development Representatives who love opening doors, creating opportunities and making things happen.

The Opportunity

You'll be at the forefront of new business development, engaging prospective customers, identifying opportunities and generating high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.

Working closely with the AEs, you'll play a direct role in building their pipelines and helping them achieve and exceed their sales targets.

This is a high-activity, high-energy sales environment where initiative, persistence and results matter.

What you'll be doing:

- Driving outbound prospecting through calls, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Identifying and engaging decision-makers across a large and expanding market.
- Generating and qualifying current business opportunities.
- Scheduling a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week for the Account Executive team.
- Working closely with AEs to build pipeline, improve conversions and achieve revenue targets.
- Understanding prospective customers' challenges and communicating the value of AI-driven technology.
- Managing your own prospecting activity, pipeline and follow-up.
- Taking ownership of your results and continually looking for ways to improve performance.

We're looking for someone who brings:

- Experience in outbound sales, business development, lead generation or a similar role.
- A genuine appetite for prospecting and creating new opportunities.
- The confidence to engage decision-makers and have meaningful commercial conversations.
- Energy, resilience, persistence and strong communication skills.
- A competitive streak and the motivation to exceed targets.
- The ability to work collaboratively with AEs while taking ownership of your own performance.
- Strong organisational skills and disciplined follow-up.
- An interest in AI, SaaS and emerging technology.

Previous SaaS experience would be advantageous, but we're equally interested in ambitious salespeople from other fast-paced, target-driven environments.
