Role Description The Accounts Receivable Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Silverwater, NSW. This position is responsible for managing customer accounts, including issuing invoices, monitoring outstanding balances, and ensuring timely receipt of payments. Day-to-day tasks include credit control activities, maintaining accurate records, reconciling accounts, and following up on overdue debts in a professional manner.



The role involves responding to customer enquiries, resolving payment discrepancies, and collaborating with internal teams to support financial reporting and cash flow management. The Accounts Receivable Officer is expected to contribute to continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and uphold company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

- Strong credit control and debt collection skills, with experience managing overdue accounts and payment arrangements.
- Customer service abilities to handle enquiries, resolve issues, and maintain positive, professional relationships.
- Proficiency with accounting system QBO.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and time management in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative approach to working with internal and external stakeholders.
- Relevant experience in accounts receivable or finance administration are advantageous.
