About the Role

T25 Group Pty Ltd is seeking a reliable, experienced and physically fit delivery driver to undertake white goods deliveries and installations for major retailers, including JB Hi-Fi and The Good Guys.

The successful candidate must have experience handling large appliances, demonstrate excellent customer service skills and maintain a high delivery success rate.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver and install white goods, including refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, dishwashers and other household appliances.
- Perform basic appliance installations and connections within the scope of training and authorisation.
- Safely manoeuvre bulky and heavy appliances through confined spaces, narrow hallways, staircases and restricted access areas.
- Assess delivery access and identify potential safety risks before unloading.
- Handle appliances carefully to prevent damage to products and customer property.
- Maintain a high first-attempt delivery success rate and minimise failed deliveries.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding delivery times, installation requirements and potential access issues.
- Complete proof of delivery, including photographs, customer signatures and accurate updates through the delivery application.




- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and protected manual-handling practices.
- Work efficiently with offsiders and warehouse teams to meet daily delivery targets.

Essential Requirements
- Previous experience in white goods delivery and installation is highly preferred.
- Valid Australian driver's licence appropriate for the vehicle.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Physically fit and comfortable performing repetitive heavy lifting using appropriate equipment and team-lifting procedures.
- Confident working in confined spaces and challenging delivery environments.
- Ability to safely operate trolleys, lifting equipment and tailgate loaders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain high delivery completion rates without compromising safety or service quality.
- Reliable, punctual and capable of working in a fast-paced delivery environment.
- Comfortable using mobile delivery applications and uploading accurate photographic evidence.

What We Expect

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of their deliveries, respects customers' property and understands the importance of successful first-time delivery.

Product damage prevention, accurate delivery documentation, professional communication and customer satisfaction are essential to this role.
