Are you a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse looking for versatile shifts in a supportive aged care environment? Hawthorn Grange Aged Care is seeking a dedicated Division 1 Registered Nurse to join our clinical team. As a Registered Nurse, you will provide high-quality clinical care, lead and support care staff, and ensure residents receive person-centered care that promotes dignity, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and manage clinical documentation
- Assess, monitor, and respond to residents' health needs
- Support and mentor care staff
- Liaise with residents, families, GPs, and allied health professionals




- Ensure compliance with aged care standards and policies

About You

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1)
- Previous experience in aged care preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- A genuine passion for caring for older people
- Availability to work night shifts

Available Shifts

- Various shifts available 2 night shifts and afternoon/weekend shifts available.
