Working as part of a small finance team, you will play a key role across accounts payable, accounts receivable, month-end activities, and general accounting support.

Description

- End-to-end accounts payable processing, supplier reconciliations, and payment query resolution
- Accounts receivable duties, including invoicing, cash allocation, credit notes, and collections
- Maintaining customer and supplier master data
- Corporate credit card administration and reconciliations
- Responding to finance-related queries from internal and external stakeholders
- Assisting with month-end reporting, audit requests, and general accounting activities
- Supporting financial reporting and process improvement initiatives
- Providing broader finance and administrative support across the business

Profile

- Previous experience in a Finance Officer, Assistant Accountant, Accounts Officer, or similar finance role




- Experience within the automotive or manufacturing industry is essential
- A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- CPA qualified or actively working towards your CPA
- Strong understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and month-end processes
- Excellent Excel skills and confidence working with Pronto
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-focused approach
- Experience working in a fast-paced operational workplace
