About the role

TCG is a family-run Sydney cleaning company specialising in premium strata and build-to-rent buildings. We’re hiring a reliable part-time cleaner for a luxury residential building in a landmark Milsons Point location, right at the foot of the Harbour Bridge.

The role covers common area cleaning and the building’s bin and waste rooms. It’s a short walk from Milsons Point train station and the ferry wharf, with cafes, shops and the harbour foreshore on your doorstep.

What you’ll do

- Clean and present common areas to a high standard – lobby, lifts, corridors, stairwells etc

- Manage the building’s bins – put them out for collection, bring them back in, and keep bin rooms and bins clean and odour-free

- Keep glass, stainless steel and other surfaces spotless

- Carry out periodic tasks as scheduled (e.g. detailed cleans)

- Report maintenance issues and complete simple checklists via our app





- Work with a small, supportive team and a hands-on operations manager

Hours and pay

- 20 hours per week: 4 hours per day, Monday to Friday

- Weekly pay, stable rostered hours, uniform and equipment supplied

About you

- Previous cleaning experience in residential strata preferred

- High attention to detail and genuine pride in presentation

- Reliable, punctual, physically fit and able to work independently

- Well-presented and comfortable interacting with residents and building management

- Current Police Check (or willing to obtain one)

- Australian work rights
