Keep our people paid, on time, every time. Payroll is at the heart of what we do. Every pay run supports thousands of workers across Australia’s biggest industries. You’ll join a supportive payroll team where accuracy matters, your expertise is valued, and no two days are quite the same. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role based at our Fortitude Valley office.

What does a day as a Payroll Coordinator look like?

- Managing end-to-end daily payroll processing, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time.
- Reviewing timesheets and payroll data for accuracy and completeness.
- Maintaining payroll records, updating employee information and responding to payroll enquiries.
- Administering novated lease arrangements.
- Investigating and resolving payroll discrepancies promptly.

What will you need?

- At least three years of end-to-end payroll experience.
- Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Demonstrated knowledge of termination payments, including ETPs.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance.
