You will work directly with clients, take responsibility for outcomes, and play a meaningful role in how work is shaped and delivered, often in complex and high stakes environments.

We are seeking a highly capable Senior Consultant to lead engagements and drive strong client outcomes. This role sits at the core of our delivery capability, with responsibility for owning workstreams or full engagements end-to-end, leading client interactions, and ensuring work aligns to scope, timeline, quality and financial expectations. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy, working directly with clients while coordinating teams.

What you will do

You will lead engagements and:

· Own end-to-end delivery of consulting engagements or workstreams

· Manage project plans, risks, issues, reporting, and engagement financials

· Lead client workshops, working sessions,



and co-design activities

· Coordinate team members, including allocating work and providing guidance

· Ensure work aligns to agreed scope, timeframe, quality, and commercial expectations

· Develop clear, structured deliverables, insights, and recommendations

· Maintain day-to-day client relationships and confidence

· Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and delivery challenges early

What we are looking for

If you are an experienced consultant who can own engagements, lead stakeholders, and take accountability for outcomes, we would like to hear from you.

You will bring:

· 5–8 years’ experience in consulting, project delivery, or a related role

· Proven experience owning projects or significant workstreams end-to-end

· Strong capability in structuring and delivering complex work

· Experience leading client workshops and stakeholder engagements

· Ability to lead small teams and drive outcomes across multiple contributors

· Commercial accountability, with demonstrated experience managing budgets or engagement financials

· Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders

· A solid delivery mindset, with accountability for outcomes, performance and quality
