GAT & Associates is an established Town Planning consultancy located in the Inner West. We are seeking a Graduate Town Planner to join our team.

The position will include assessments of a range of projects including residential, commercial and industrial.

The role will include:

- Developing and maintaining strong client relationships

- The application of town planning policies and strategies to a wide range of projects

- Preparation of planning reports and proposals for Development Applications and Complying Development proposals

- Provision of general planning advice

- Assessment of Council DA's

- Attendance of Council meetings and other Panel meetings

- Assist in the preparation of Statements of Facts and Contentions

The successful applicant will have:

- Tertiary qualifications in Planning

- A strong understanding of planning legislation





- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and attention to detail

- Demonstrated time management skills and the ability to manage own projects as well as those of other team members within an agreed time frame

- The ability to work in a team environment and autonomously as required and be deadline orientated

- Current driver's licence is essential

- Unrestricted Australian working rights
