As a School Health Nurse, you'll work at the heart of school communities, partnering with schools, families and health professionals to support student health, wellbeing and learning outcomes. You'll be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team alongside psychologists, social workers, speech and language pathologists, and educators, delivering evidence-based health promotion, education and early intervention services.

In this rewarding role, you'll:

- Promote the health and wellbeing of children and young people.

- Deliver health education and preventative health initiatives.

- Provide clinical assessment, screening, referral and support services.

- Work closely with school communities to create secure, supportive and inclusive environments.

- Contribute to improved outcomes for students and families across Tasmania.
