Transcend Managed Services is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Sydney.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships, supporting candidates and developing existing business, without the commitment of a full time position.

The role offers up to 28 hours per week, with flexibility around the number of days worked. We're happy to discuss a working arrangement that suits both you and the needs of our clients.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing and developing an established key client account in the Wetherill Park area.
- Building strong relationships with site managers, supervisors and key stakeholders.
- Maintaining a regular on-site presence to support our client and workforce.
- Identifying opportunities to grow our existing account and increase our workforce.
- Recruiting and placing quality casual, contract and permanent candidates.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing through to onboarding.
- Supporting our candidates throughout their placements, ensuring excellent service and ongoing engagement.
- Ensuring compliance with workplace health and safety requirements and labour hire obligations.
- Working closely with our wider recruitment and operations team to deliver great results.

About You:

We're looking for someone who brings experience, confidence and a genuine passion for recruitment and relationship management.
Ideally, you'll have:

- Previous experience in labour hire, recruitment or account management, preferably within industrial, manufacturing or logistics recruitment.
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Experience managing temporary labour hire workforces and recruitment requirements.
- Strong communication,



organisational and problem-solving skills.
- The confidence to work independently and take ownership of client relationships.
- A proactive, hands-on approach with a focus on service and results.
- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel to client sites around Wetherill Park and surrounding areas.

Working Arrangements:

We understand that flexibility matters, and we're open to discussing how this role could work for you.

- Up to 28 hours per week, on a part-time basis.
- Flexible working days agreed around client and operational requirements.
- Sydney-based role, with a focus on Wetherill Park and surrounding areas.
- A minimum of 60% of working hours spent on-site with our client, building relationships, supporting our workforce and identifying growth opportunities.
- Remaining hours focused on recruitment, administration and account development, with flexibility to work remotely where appropriate.
