WINK represents 300+ models and talent nationally and has worked with brands like Myer, The Iconic, Qantas and Optus for nearly 20 years. We’re a small team that moves quick, and we use AI across the business to spend less time on admin and more time with clients and talent.

The role

You’ll run your own bookings from first enquiry to final invoice. That means taking the brief by phone, pitching the right talent, quoting, negotiating, confirming and delivering the job, then chasing the next one.

This is a commercial role. You’ll have a monthly billings target, and we track conversion on every deal. If you like knowing your numbers and moving them, you’ll enjoy it here.

What a normal day looks like

- New enquiries land and you call them first, before you quote

- Quotes go out within hours, not days

- You’re running 10 to 20 live jobs at once, across clients, talent and dates

- Every deal is logged in HubSpot as you go

- Your inbox is cleared before you log off, every day

- You pitch underbooked talent to clients who should be using them

What you’ll own

- End-to-end bookings: brief, pitch, quote, negotiate, confirm, deliver, invoice

- Converting inbound enquiries into confirmed jobs

- Protecting margin on every booking

- Growing repeat business from existing clients and reactivating lapsed ones

- Securing work for talent who aren’t yet booking consistently





- A small amount of new talent scouting and onboarding

You’ll suit this role if you

- Have 2+ years booking talent, models or crew in a busy agency or similar high-volume role

- Can tell us your numbers: what you billed, how many jobs you ran, your conversion rate

- Are organised without anyone checking on you. Nothing falls through the cracks

- Pick up the phone by default

- Are confident negotiating rates and usage

- Use AI tools like Claude or ChatGPT in your work already, or are keen to

- Want to grow, take ownership and be accountable for your results

This role probably isn’t for you if

- You’re looking for a social media or content role

- You prefer email to phone calls

- You need detailed direction to plan your day
