About the role

This is a current role in the Order Management Team. As Inventory Co-ordinator, you'll own FLG's item master and stock records. Purchasing and order delivery depend on the stock position you maintain. You'll work closely with the Customer Order and Supply Order Co-ordinators, the Commercial Manager and the Financial Controller.

Key responsibilities

- Create and maintain item records in Pronto through their whole life (new products, supplier and packaging changes, specification updates, obsolescence)
- Maintain stock position across supplier's warehouse, stock in transit, Melbourne warehouse and 3PL
- Receipt goods from suppliers, including partial receipts, and transfer stock as it moves through dispatch, transit and arrival
- Manage commitments against sales orders
- Reconcile system stock against physical on hand availability 3PL counts, and flag ageing stock, overstock and coverage gaps
- Issue dispatch documentation for stocked orders, including 3PL instructions and receiver contacts




- Provide coverage, shortfall and reorder data to purchasing, and help make consolidation decisions

About you

- Hands-on ERP experience in inventory or stock control
- Pronto experience is highly regarded; strong experience in another ERP is also welcome
- Strong with numbers, disciplined about reconciliation, and comfortable tracing a variance to its source
- Accurate under volume and able to keep detail right when things get busy
- Curious and keen to grow, happy to help shape a new role and improve how things are done
- Experience with imported stock, 3PLs or multi-location inventory is a plus
