IEPro are currently recruiting experienced Contract Administrators and Quantity Surveyors for multiple opportunities across South East Queensland.

We're working with established and growing businesses across both the consultancy and civil contractor sectors, looking to strengthen their commercial teams as they continue to develop their project pipelines.

The Opportunities

We have opportunities available across two areas:

Contractor Side | Contract Administration

Working with a civil construction contractor, you'll play an important role in managing the commercial and contractual aspects of project delivery.

You'll work closely with Project Managers, Engineers and site teams, supporting procurement, subcontract administration, variations, progress claims and financial reporting.

These opportunities will suit Contract Administrators who understand the realities of delivering civil projects and can balance commercial outcomes with practical construction requirements.

Consultancy Side | Quantity Surveying

Working within a civil infrastructure consultancy environment, you'll provide quantity surveying, cost management and commercial advisory services across a variety of projects.

You'll be involved in cost planning, estimating, quantity measurement, contract administration and commercial reporting, working closely with project teams and clients throughout the project lifecycle.





These opportunities will suit Quantity Surveyors who enjoy the technical and commercial aspects of project delivery and want to continue developing their expertise across civil infrastructure.

The Role

Depending on your experience and the position, your responsibilities may include:

- Managing contracts and commercial obligations across civil infrastructure projects

- Preparing and reviewing progress claims, variations and contractual entitlements

- Undertaking detailed quantity take-offs and cost assessments

- Preparing project budgets, cost plans and financial reports

- Supporting subcontractor procurement, tender assessments and contract negotiations

- Monitoring project costs, forecasting and commercial performance

- Reviewing construction drawings, specifications and contractual documentation

- Identifying commercial risks and opportunities throughout project delivery

- Assessing subcontractor claims and payment applications

- Supporting the preparation of final accounts and project close-out documentation

- Working closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients and commercial teams

- Providing practical commercial advice to support successful project outcomes

About You

To succeed, you will bring:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or a related discipline

- Demonstrated experience as a Contract Administrator,



Quantity Surveyor or similar commercial professional

- Experience across Australian civil construction or infrastructure projects including roads, drainage, earthworks, utilities, structures or general civil infrastructure

- Solid understanding of construction contracts, commercial processes and cost management

- Experience managing variations, progress claims, budgets or contract administration

- Sound understanding of civil construction methodology and project delivery

- Strong numerical, analytical and problem-solving capability

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with project teams

- A proactive approach and genuine interest in progressing your commercial career
