This Australian Hotel Developer/ Operator with a diverse property portfolio across NSW has the opportunity to take on a Project Manager to join their in-house property team in their Sydney office.

The role would suit a Project Manager with previous experience working in the commercial, retail, hotel, aged care or residential sectors on interiors and FF&E; projects.

They are responsible for managing interiors, furniture, fixtures, and fittings projects from inception to completion

This role in the Capital Works team reporting to a Senior Manager Capital Works and key internal stakeholders you will identify business needs in relation to programs of trade, equipment, and interior furnishings projects.

Key responsibilities:

- Develop the project scope, timelines, and deliverables
- Project programming
- FF&E; procurement and subcontract management
- Cost and Project reporting
- engage equipment providers, manage contractual agreements
- engage with the design team to ensure delivery against the scope
- Site Supervision
- build and manage relationships with key stakeholders on the project

The role would suit a Project Manager who has worked in a client-side role managing multiple projects with strong programming and delivery skills.




The role manages interiors and FF&E; projects, not exterior building works.

To be successful in this role:

- You will have a completed a relevant tertiary qualification or Project Management Certification
- You will have 4 years + Project Management experience managing FF&E; (furniture fixtures and fittings) or interior fit-out/ Workplace fit-out/ relocation projects across the delivery lifecycle
- Ideally experience in Sourcing/ purchasing furniture, fixtures and fittings
- Experience with a property group, project management consultancy, fit-out contractor, office equipment/ furniture supplier, developer or architectural practice would be considered
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build internal and external stakeholder relationships.
