CoreStaff is currently seeking experienced Front Lift and Rear Lift Drivers to join our client's waste collection team based in Kilburn, Adelaide.

We're looking for reliable, safety-focused drivers who take pride in their work and understand that waste collection is about more than just driving from A to B. Whether you have experience in waste collection, multi-drop delivery, courier services or another hands-on driving role, we'd love to hear from you.

- Depending on role $41.99 -- $43.40per/hr. ordinary time, plus applicable penalties.
- Monday to Friday work, with approximately 45–50 hours per week.
- Early starts with your afternoons generally free once your shift is complete.
- Ongoing, stable work with an established waste services operation.
- Weekly pay through CoreStaff.
- Potential for overtime when available.
- Opportunity to transition from casual to permanent employment for the right candidates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Working as part of an experienced waste collection team, you'll operate Front Lift or Rear Lift collection vehicles throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area.
Your day will involve travelling between collection locations, safely collecting and transporting waste, and delivering it to authorised disposal facilities.
This is an active, hands-on driving role that requires valuable time management, attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety.

Your duties will include:





- Operating Front Lift or Rear Lift waste collection vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Completing scheduled waste collections throughout the Adelaide metropolitan area.
- Following collection routes and managing your time to meet daily service requirements.
- Positioning bins and assisting with manual handling where required.
- Completing vehicle pre-start and post-shift inspections.
- Maintaining accurate work diaries and collection records.
- Following road transport laws, fatigue management requirements and site safety procedures.

Essential requirements:

1. Current and valid Heavy Rigid (HR) driver's licence.
2. Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
3. Ability to provide a current driving record.
4. White Card.
5. Ability to successfully complete a commercial driver's pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screening and required police checks. Hepatitis A and B and tetanus vaccinations, or willingness and ability to obtain them.
