New Wave Care is looking for experienced Complex Care Support Workers to join our community!

Key responsibilities

· Provide quality complex care supports tailored to each participant’s individual needs, preferences and goals.

· Support participants to maintain their independence, dignity and quality of life.

· Build trusting relationships that help participants feel safe, respected and supported.

· Work collaboratively with participants, families and the wider support team to achieve meaningful outcomes.

About you

You bring experience, compassion and a genuine passion for supporting people with complex needs. You understand the importance of building trust, respecting individual choices and making every support count.

Essential requirements:

· Experience in complex care.

· PEG feeding experience and relevant certification.

· Manual handling experience and relevant certification.

· Behaviour support experience will be highly regarded.

· Certificate III or higher in Disability, Individual Support or Mental Health.





· Current First Aid and CPR.

· NDIS Screening.

· Current driver's license.

· Reliable, insured vehicle.

· Availability for an immediate start.
