About Us
The Personal Print is an Australian e-commerce brand specialising in premium personalised leather accessories, including phone cases, wallets, passport holders, bags and lifestyle accessories.
We’re looking for a creative, results-driven digital marketing specialist to take ownership of our Meta advertising and content creation.
We’re moving our digital marketing in-house and want someone who can bring fresh ideas, create engaging content and, most importantly, help grow online sales.
This isn’t just a social media role. We’re looking for someone who understands how to turn great content into profitable advertising campaigns.
The Role
You'll be responsible for both the creative and performance sides of our digital marketing. This role combines Meta advertising management, content creation and e-commerce marketing to drive online sales for our personalised leather accessories brand.
Your responsibilities will include:
Meta Advertising & Performance:
Manage, optimise and scale Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns.
Review historical campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
Develop and test new advertising strategies, audiences and creative concepts.
Monitor ROAS, cost per purchase, conversion rates and advertising performance.
Manage campaign budgets efficiently to maximise profitable sales.
Ensure Meta Pixel, Conversions API and conversion tracking are functioning correctly.
Provide clear weekly performance updates and recommendations.
Content Creation & Creative Design:
Plan, photograph and film our products for advertising campaigns.
Create engaging short-form videos, Instagram Reels and product demonstrations.
Design high-converting static ads, promotional graphics and carousel advertisements.
Develop different creative concepts, hooks and messaging for testing.
Edit videos and images using tools such as Canva, CapCut, Adobe Photoshop or similar.
Build and maintain a library of reusable advertising creatives.
E-commerce & Website Marketing:
Develop promotional campaigns around new products, seasonal events and special offers.
Assist with website banners, product imagery and landing page content.
Identify opportunities to improve website conversion rates.
Help maintain consistent branding across advertising and digital channels.
Work with our team to plan and execute new product launches.
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience managing Meta advertising campaigns for an e-commerce business.
Demonstrated ability to generate online sales through paid social advertising.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, campaign optimisation and performance metrics.
Experience creating advertising creatives that convert into sales.
Good photography, video editing and graphic design skills.
Ability to work independently, manage priorities and take ownership of results.
A commercial mindset focused on sales, profitability and continuous improvement.
Highly Regarded:
Experience with Shopify or WooCommerce.
Experience marketing fashion, accessories, gifts or lifestyle products.
Knowledge of e-commerce conversion rate optimisation.
Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversions API and GA4.
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud and CapCut.
Experience creating UGC-style content and product-focused videos.
What We Offer:
Flexible part-time arrangement, initially 1–2 days per week.
Opportunity to take ownership of the digital marketing strategy for an established Australian e-commerce brand.
Access to existing advertising accounts, campaign history and product assets.
Creative freedom to develop and test new ideas.
Prospect to grow the role as the business expands.
Competitive remuneration based on experience.
How to Apply
We want to see what you’ve actually achieved, not just a polished CV.
Please include the following with your application:
Examples of e-commerce Meta advertising campaigns you’ve personally managed.
Results achieved, including ROAS, cost per purchase or sales growth where available.
Examples of advertising creatives, videos or content you’ve personally produced.
A brief explanation of your approach to improving an underperforming e-commerce advertising account.
Your expected hourly rate and availability.
Applications without relevant e-commerce advertising experience or examples of previous work may not be considered.
If you’re creative, analytical and passionate about growing e-commerce brands through effective advertising, we’d love to hear from you.
