Just the head chef and I (owner) have almost 70 years experience in hospo, add our two senior staff on the floor and you'll get another 70 years = 140 years of experience in high end hospo all now cutely packaged in a Schnitzel and Pork Knuckle accompanied by almost 50 beers and tons of wine... because I - the owner - is a DipWSET (you can google that ;-) )

1. Previous experience as a supervisor, bartender or section waiter, preferably in a similar quick-paced restaurant environment. More experience = higher pay.

2. Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn and work quickly under pressure and under European old-school hospo management.

3. Flexible and adaptable with the ability to work as part of a team

4. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and interest in anything hospo.

The business on the coast has slowed down, yet, we are still going strong. We are in a busy spring and are upstaffing for an even busier summer - plenty hours for you.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, casual environment and be part of delivering an authentic dining experience to our guests.
