We’re looking for a Sales Associate to support a Leading Director who enjoys the pace and variety of real estate and takes pride in making sure everything runs seamlessly. Working closely with the sales team, you’ll be involved across the entire sales process - from coordinating campaigns and managing documentation through to client communication, buyer enquiries and supporting the team day to day.

Best of all, this position has become available through internal promotion - a genuine reflection of the career progression available within the team.

? What You’ll Be Doing:

- Managing sales administration from listing through to settlement;

- Preparing agency agreements, contracts and property documentation;

- Coordinating marketing campaigns and new property launches;

- Managing listings across portals, databases and internal systems;

- Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors and external suppliers;

- Responding to buyer enquiries and assisting with follow-up;

- Assisting with open homes and inspections;





- Maintaining accurate client and property records;

- Keeping deadlines, compliance and processes firmly on track.

- Previous real estate or sales support experience is highly regarded but not essential;

- Robust organisation skills with excellent attention to detail;

- Confident communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport;

- The ability to manage competing priorities in a busy sales environment;

- A positive, professional and down-to-earth approach; and
