About the Role:

As a Service Delivery Supervisor, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our transport service operations run smoothly and efficiently. Reporting to the Service Transport Manager, you’ll lead and support a team of Service Delivery People (SDPs), ensuring they are trained, compliant, and delivering exceptional service to our customers. You’ll be hands-on with route coverage, audits, and customer interactions, making sure every delivery meets our high standards.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced transport environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about operational excellence.



You’ll be the link between service teams and account managers, helping to plan, troubleshoot, and continuously improve service delivery. If you're ready to take the wheel and drive performance, this is the prospect for you.

Key Skills and Experience Required:

- 2+ years of supervisory experience, ideally leading a team of 20 or more employees, preferably in a transport or logistics setting

- A valid MR (Medium Rigid) driver’s license is preferred but not essential

- Proven ability to coach, train, and support frontline staff in a customer-focused workplace

- Strong organisational skills and a hands-on approach to problem-solving and service delivery

- A passion for leading teams and delivering operational excellence in a fast-paced industry
