About the role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you will play a key role in creating a positive experience while supporting the day-to-day administration of our financial planning practice.

Key responsibilities

- Welcome and assist clients as the front-of-house representative for the business

- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client enquiries professionally and efficiently

- Manage appointments and maintain client records

- Prepare client files and documentation for adviser meetings

- Assist with the implementation of financial advice recommendations

- Liaise with product providers and other external stakeholders as required

- Support the team with general office administration and practice operations

- Maintain a high standard of client service and communication at all times

About you

- Previous experience in a client service, reception, or office administration role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities

- A qualified presentation and positive attitude





- A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service

- The ability to manage multiple tasks and work efficiently in a team environment

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general business systems

- Experience within the financial services, financial planning, accounting, or related professional services industry (desirable)

- Familiarity with advice implementation and financial planning administration processes (desirable)
