About the Role

Kramer Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Senior Engineer/Project Director for its Sustainable Infrastructure (SI) Business Unit. The Senior Engineer/Project Director will report to the Manager, SIBU. The role provides technical and commercial oversight of projects, guides Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, safeguards delivery against scope, program, budget, quality and contractual requirements, and supports client engagement and business development in line with the team’s strategic direction.

To be successful in this role, you will meet the following requirements:

Qualifications:

- Relevant tertiary qualifications in engineering, architecture, construction, project management or related discipline





- Approximately 10-15 years’ relevant experience, including project management, design or documentation, construction supervision and contract administration

- Membership of a relevant professional body

- Strong project management capability and proficiency with relevant business and design software

Skills:

- Senior technical and project leadership experience in infrastructure and international development, particularly transport, buildings, water, energy or related sectors

- Strong understanding of engineering and design processes, documentation, applicable standards and contract administration.

- Demonstrated commercial judgment, analytical thinking and practical problem-solving

- Strong leadership, communication and cross-cultural stakeholder engagement skills

- Experience delivering donor-funded projects, particularly for the Asian Development Bank, World Bank or International experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant project or design applications
