The role
Join our small, experienced team as a 360-degree recruiter. You’ll go beyond filling roles, learning our consulting and training services so you can solve bigger client problems and deepen long-standing public sector partnerships.

Responsibilities

- Business Development across an existing and new network, within long-standing clients

- Sourcing of the best candidates to satisfy our client’s needs, using a variety of sourcing strategies (e.g. headhunting, advertising, networking, referrals, etc.)

- Telephone screening and interviewing candidates for both live and pipeline roles

- Strong ability to meet our clients SLA’s, which includes; quality of candidates presented, time to source and placement %

- Building and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients

- Understanding our customers’ needs and maintaining a talent pool based on their upcoming need

- Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from uncovering to winning new recruitment lead business

Skills & Experience





- Minimum 4 years’ experience within Project, IT or Digital Recruitment (Government experience hugely advantageous) as a 360 recruiter

- Motivated by the desire to succeed – building strong yet genuine relationships with our clients, winning new business and working towards targets

- Strong track record in growing an existing client and meeting the targets in place

- An accomplished Business Developer and Relationship Manager

- Someone who is a team player and works collaboratively with the broader teams
