We are seeking an experienced and dependable HC or MC Truck Driver to join our operations. This role is predominantly local transport work, allowing you to be home most nights. However, flexibility for occasional overnight trips is required to meet our client commitments.
Key responsibilities
- Safely operate HC / MC vehicles hauling heavy steel, concrete, and produce
- Ensure loads are correctly restrained, secure, and compliant with NHVR regulations
- Complete local runs efficiently, with occasional overnight linehaul/regional trips
- Perform thorough daily pre-start vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs
- Maintain accurate logbooks, delivery dockets, and run sheets
About you
- A valid,
Australian HC or MC Driver's License (Essential)
- Proven experience in heavy steel, concrete, or produce cartage
- A strong, verifiable work history with references (Required)
- A current Forklift License (LF) (Highly Regarded)
- A valid ABN (if applying as an independent contractor)
- A solid commitment to workplace health, safety
