The opportunity

?️ Your role will develop around technical delivery, client involvement and a pathway towards leadership.

You will:

- Contribute to structural engineering delivery across high-rise and multi-residential projects.

- Work through complex building design challenges alongside the wider team.

- Build relationships with developers, architects and project stakeholders.





- Progressively take on greater responsibility for existing client relationships.

- Help strengthen the consultancy’s presence in the residential buildings market.

You do not need to arrive with an established client following. The prospect is to build on existing relationships and earn greater responsibility as you develop.

About you

You have structural engineering experience in buildings, with relevant exposure to high-rise or multi-residential projects.

Just as importantly, you can see yourself becoming more involved with clients and taking a broader role in a consultancy.

You will bring:

- A sound technical grounding in structural building design.

- The confidence to communicate with developers and architects.

- An interest in taking ownership of projects and client relationships.
