As a Carer at Goodwin, you will be part of a multi-skilled team responsible for delivering personal care, support, and engagement activities that enhance the wellbeing and quality of life of our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality personal care and support to residents in line with individual care plans.
- Complete allocated duties while maintaining safety and care standards
- Accurately document care provided and promptly report incidents or concerns
- Comply with legislation and Goodwin policy/procedures and practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement and team collaboration
- Maintain skilled presentation and uphold a strong customer service culture
Essential Skills
- Experience in delivery of care outcomes for older people.
- Experience in achieving outcomes and skill development.
- Sound level skills in office systems, procedures, documentation and record keeping.
- Ability to work with limited supervision.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
