Client Service Officer – Paraplanner - Associate Financial Planner

Our teams are situated in Mackay, the Burdekin, Townsville and Cairns and comprise of expertly trained Financial Planners and support staff. We currently have multiple exciting opportunities for motivated, self-driven candidates across various experience levels—from support roles to advice-focused positions. Whether you're an experienced CSO or Paraplanner, or you're looking to take the next step toward becoming a Financial Adviser, we want to hear from you. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity based in our Mackay office.

You'll be working in a small team workplace where you will provide high quality support and assistance to our Financial Planners. This position is well suited to an experienced, highly efficient, administrator who is seeking a new opportunity. The demands of the job are full time. However, there is some flexibility around working hours to support work/life commitments if required.

What You’ll Need to Bring:

- A client-first attitude and professional presentation;

- Strong administrative and computer skills;

- Superior communication skills and attention to detail;

- Ability to work independently or as part of a team;

- Professional personal presentation;

- Experience as a CSO in a financial planning practice is not essential but would be viewed favourably;





- For Associate/Planner roles: relevant degree (completed or in progress) and 2+ years’ experience.

Key Responsibilities (Will Vary by Role):

CSO Duties:

- Greet clients warmly, appointment scheduling, phone/email handling

- Administrative support including onboarding, compliance documentation, and CRM updates

- Preparing and lodging administrative paperwork related to financial plans and reviews

Paraplanner & Associate FP Duties:

- Preparation of SOAs and ROAs

- Research and strategy support

- Working with advisers on advice delivery and client outcomes

How we will support you:

Your initial training plan will include, but not limited to, the following;

- Your initial training will be centred around our IT solutions and the Client Relationship Management software (Platformplus). You'll learn our systems and processes in relation to client management and our advice process.

- Following your initial training, you'll transition into being trained in Client review and form preparation, appointment planning, submitting of documents and implementation processes
