Hunter Imaging is looking for a warm, organised and customer-focused Patient Consultant to join our friendly Tamworth team.

Working three days per week, Monday, Tuesday and Friday, you’ll be the welcoming face of our practice, helping ensure every patient feels supported and cared for from the moment they arrive.

About the opportunity

As a Patient Consultant, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive experience for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our busy practice.

Your role will include:

- Welcoming patients and providing friendly, professional front-desk service

- Managing appointments and patient enquiries

- Supporting patients throughout their visit

- Completing administration and reception duties accurately and efficiently

- Handling confidential patient information with care and discretion

- Working closely with our clinical and administration teams to deliver an exceptional patient experience

This is a part-time position working Monday, Tuesday and Friday.



Our branch operates across varying hours according to patient demand, so some flexibility within our operating hours will be required.

About you

You don’t necessarily need to come from medical imaging. What matters most is that you genuinely enjoy helping people and thrive in a busy, team-focused environment.
