Your Mission

Glenelg is buzzing: locals, holiday-makers, families and regulars, all through your doors. As our Service/Retail Manager, you'll be the person who turns that energy into a store people love coming back to. You'll lead a dedicated team of OTC consultants, coach them to give outstanding health and beauty advice, and set the tone for everything that happens on your floor.

Day to day, you'll build the roster, grow your people, and keep the store beautifully presented and well stocked. When your team thrives, your customers feel it. That's how we bring our purpose, Caring for People, Enabling Health and Inspiring Wellness, to life every single day.

Your Roster

A predictable, repeating four-week roster so you can plan your life and lead your team with confidence:

- 38 hours a week, Monday to Friday, or Monday to Thursday plus a Saturday

- Mostly daytime shifts from 9am, with a late start (1pm to 9pm) once or twice a week

- A Saturday every second week- no Sunday

What You Bring

- Leadership experience: You have strong face-to-face retail and people management experience.

- Service track record: You've delivered outstanding service and advice to a wide range of customers.

- Adaptable mindset: You enjoy learning, and you're excited about building your knowledge of health, wellness, and beauty.

You're a resilient leader who cares about your team's growth as much as your own.

- Availability: You can work 38 hours per week on a four-week rotating roster, including evenings until 9pm and Saturdays every second week.
