Description

Reporting to the Site Manager, you’ll run a defined work area day to day and help deliver it on time, cost and quality. You’ll keep trades sequenced, the site safe, quality on track and the program moving. You’ll lead the Leading Hand and coordinate the subcontractor crews in your area.

Skills And Experiences

What you’ll do

- Oversee day-to-day site operations
- Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project plans, specifications, and program.
- Lead safety in your area
- Manage site logistics, material deliveries, and resource allocation.
- Identify and resolve site issues proactively, providing practical solutions where required.




- Build and maintain solid working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
- Liaise effectively with internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Provide regular site updates and reporting to the Project Manager and Site Manager.

What you will bring

- - Trade qualifications and a demonstrated track record of successfully delivering residential projects
- Strong knowledge of site coordination, subcontractor management, and construction sequencing.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive, team-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and perform effectively in fast-paced project environments.
