ABOUT THE ROLE

Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing clinical leadership and operational oversight to the Endoscopy team to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality patient care;
- Leading service strategy, operational planning and budget management to support service excellence and sustainable performance;
- Supporting, developing and performance-managing staff to foster a high-performing, team-oriented and accountable team environment;
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to enhance service delivery and promote effective collaboration.

REQUIREMENTS

- Current registration with AHPRA;
- Previous experience in an Endoscopy environment is desirable;
- Minimum five years' relevant clinical experience;
- Previous clinical management or leadership experience is highly desirable;
- Relevant postgraduate qualifications or demonstrated progress towards postgraduate study.
