InterContinental Perth City Centre is seeking a Guest Service Agent (part time or full-time) to deliver personalised, luxury service at the Front Office. You will greet guests, check them in and out, answer calls, handle payments, and upsell experiences while anticipating needs with local insights.

Successful candidates will have strong presentation, energy, and experience in guest relations or luxury hospitality, plus knowledge of Opera PMS.
