TeamKids in Oran Park NSW is seeking a Second in Charge (2IC) to lead the before/after school care service and deliver high-quality care for children.

This permanent, part time position offers hands-on leadership with on-the-job coaching and opportunities to grow with the team. You will work split shifts across the week, helping create engaging experiences for children, parents, and staff.
