Cranswick plc is seeking an HR Advisor to join our Human Resources team during a period of transition as we integrate family-run operations into the Cranswick business. The role focuses on delivering the HR plan, supporting managers, and driving a proactive HR service across the site.

You will liaise with leaders to develop capability, manage employee relations, and ensure compliant and effective HR processes in a rapid-paced, site-based environment.
