MACA are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our team on a 12-month fixed term contract, based at our Welshpool corporate office.

You will lead end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar production mining roles, partnering with Mining Superintendents and Project Managers to drive sourcing, posting, screening and selection. The role emphasizes diversity, proactive sourcing and data reporting in a fast-paced, collaborative workplace.
