Kingfisher Bay Resort on K’gari is seeking a Guest Service Agent for a full-time, live-on-island role in our Front Office team. You’ll welcome guests, handle check-ins/outs, assist with reservations and respond to enquiries to ensure a seamless stay.

Ideal candidates will have guest services experience in hotel/resort settings, familiarity with RMS/Opera/Sihot or similar systems, robust communication skills, and a current First Aid certificate (or willingness to obtain).
