Order Picker / Packers – Wingfield

Order Pickers /Packers

You will be operating an electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger throughout the liquor warehouse to pick and prepare orders for dispatch.

Your duties will include:

- Operating an electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger

- Picking liquor orders throughout the warehouse

- Using RF scanners to locate, pick and confirm stock

- Picking cartons accurately to customer orders

- Building and wrapping pallets

- Manual handling and repetitive lifting of cartons

- Moving completed orders to designated dispatch areas

- Meeting picking accuracy and productivity targets

- Following all warehouse and equipment safety procedures

Previous experience operating an electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger and using RF scanners is essential.

To Be Successful, You Will Have:

- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution environment

- Previous electric ride-on pallet jack/tugger experience

- Previous RF scanning experience – ESSENTIAL

- Ability to provide a current National Police Clearance

- Ability and willingness to complete required screening and onboarding through Scarlett, Labourpower’s AI recruitment chatbot

- Strong picking accuracy and attention to detail

- Ability to work in a fast-paced,



KPI-driven workplace

- Ability to perform heavy repetitive manual handling

- Reliable transport to and from Wingfield

- Strong reliability, punctuality and attendance

- Ability to follow site safety procedures

- Ability to pass required pre-employment Drug & Alcohol testing
