An opportunity exists for an experienced Principal Structural Engineer to lead the design and delivery of major building projects. You will provide technical leadership, manage client relationships, mentor engineering teams, and contribute to the continued growth of the business.
What you'll need to succeed

- Degree qualification in Civil/Structural Engineering
- RPEQ (or eligibility to obtain)
- Extensive experience in high-rise residential and commercial buildings




- Strong technical design and project delivery skills
- Proven ability to manage clients and lead project teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
