About the Role

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager with 3+ years of experience to join a growing team in the Western Suburbs. You’ll manage your own residential portfolio with dedicated admin, inspections, compliance and maintenance support to make your day-to-day easier!

What You’ll Be Doing

- Managing a residential property portfolio.
- Conducting routine inspections and completing reports.
- Handling lease renewals, rent reviews and new tenancies.
- Managing maintenance requests and repairs.
- Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants.
- Managing lease documentation, bonds and VCAT matters.

What We’re Looking For

- 3+ years of residential Property Management experience.
- Victorian Agent’s Representative Certificate or Real Estate Licence.




- Good knowledge of Victorian tenancy legislation.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage your time.
- Current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle.
