MacKillop Family Services seeks compassionate Youth Workers for the Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) Program in Wollongong and surrounding areas. Part time roles require flexibility for days, nights, weekends and sleep‑over shifts, to support young people in a safe, nurturing environment.

You will mentor youth, deliver trauma-informed services, and collaborate with a team to implement individual case plans and house guidelines. Training and ongoing support are provided.
