This is more than just coordinating property advertising. You'll have the opportunity to take ownership of marketing campaigns, elevate brand presence and explore how AI and emerging technology can transform the way marketing is delivered.

Working closely with senior leadership, you'll have the freedom to bring ideas to life, improve existing processes and make a tangible impact across the business.

The Role

- Coordinate end-to-end property marketing campaigns, including brochures, signboards, digital advertising and social media.
- Create engaging content across digital channels, maintaining a consistent and professional brand presence.
- Leverage AI and design tools to develop fresh creative ideas, improve efficiency and streamline marketing processes.
- Manage property photography, floor plans, advertising budgets and campaign deadlines.
- Maintain website listings, agent profiles and marketing collateral, ensuring all content is accurate, engaging and on-brand.

About You

- 2+ years' experience in marketing, ideally within real estate,



property or a creative environment.
- Confident using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and digital marketing tools, with an interest in AI and emerging technology.
- Creative, proactive and full of ideas, with the confidence to turn them into action.
- Highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- A robust communicator who enjoys working collaboratively while taking ownership of their work.
