Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver

- Monday to Friday, 7:30am 3:30pm
- 38-hour week
- Newcastle location

About Our Client

Our client is a leading supplier within the heating, ventilation, air conditioning and refrigeration (HVACR) industry, seeking a reliable Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Driver to join their Newcastle team.

What you will be doing

- Complete local deliveries in a ute while towing a trailer.
- Safely manoeuvre and reverse a trailer into delivery locations.
- Operate a forklift to load, unload and move stock.
- Pick, pack and prepare orders for dispatch.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory control and general warehouse duties.
- Secure loads and ensure deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
- Maintain a clean, organised and secure warehouse and delivery vehicle.
- Follow workplace health and safety procedures and participate in toolbox meetings.

What you will need

- Current LF Forklift Licence with practical operating experience.
- Current Driver Licence and confidence towing and reversing a trailer.
- Previous warehouse or storeperson experience highly regarded.
- Ability to perform manual handling and work in a hands-on environment.
- Strong attention to detail, reliability and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.




- Computer skills and experience with warehouse systems advantageous.
