About the role

As the Store Manager, you will lead a high performing store and take ownership of both sales success and team performance. This is a hands on leadership role where you'll inspire your team from the front, confidently drive sales conversations, manage customer quotes, and deliver exceptional results against KPIs and targets. Working closely with the Regional Manager, you'll receive ongoing support and coaching opportunities to continue growing your leadership skills. Skills and experience

- Previous Store Management experience, or leadership experience within a high performing retail workplace
- Proven consultative sales experience highly regarded
- Highly organised and commercially minded, with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated success achieving KPIs and sales targets
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys motivating teams to perform at their best
