Doltone Hospitality Group is bringing its passion for exceptional food, beverage and guest experiences to a stunning waterfront venue in Sydney's St George area. As we take over the Food & Beverage operations, we're looking for enthusiastic, motivated and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendants to join our team!

With a vibrant bistro and a growing calendar of events and functions, this is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team where no two days are the same.

Your responsibilities:

- Creating memorable guest experiences by delivering friendly, attentive and efficient food and beverage service across our bistro, alfresco dining areas, events and functions.
- Taking orders, processing payments and confidently operating POS systems to keep service running smoothly.
- Bringing service to life through food and beverage delivery, food running and table service.
- Keeping our dining spaces looking their best by clearing and resetting tables and maintaining a clean, welcoming environment.
- Engaging with guests, responding to enquiries and anticipating their needs to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Working closely with our kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver seamless service and create a great experience for every guest.

What we are looking for:

- Previous experience in hospitality or food service, ideally within a busy bistro,



restaurant, club or casual dining environment.
- Confidence using POS systems and accurately processing customer orders and transactions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for customer service.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining a positive and professional approach.
- A adaptable, team-oriented attitude and a willingness to work across both bistro and events operations.
- A proactive approach, solid attention to detail and a commitment to creating great guest experiences
