Join the Evolve Therapeutic Service within Child & Youth Mental Health Service, Wide Bay Mental Health and Specialised Services as a Clinical Nurse, Occupational Therapist, Social Worker or Psychologist (Mental Health Clinician Evolve) across Hervey Bay and Maryborough Hospitals. Your opportunity:

- Deliver clinical services to children and young people in the care of the Department of Communities, Child Safety Services, with extreme and complex therapeutic and behavioural needs in collaboration with other agencies as part of an interdepartmental therapeutic response.
- To provide expert clinical and patient-centred care within Evolve Therapeutic Services by supporting the facilitation and provision of quality and cost effective nursing services which are consistent with contemporary standards and evidence-informed practice.

Our offer:

You will receive a competitive remuneration package value up to $139,931 p.a., comprising salary between $114,532 - $122,643 p.a. Nurse Grade 6 (1) or remuneration package value up to $137,760 p.a.,



comprising salary between $83,824 - $120,740 p.a. (HP3), employer contribution to superannuation (up to 12.75%) and annual leave loading (17.5%) (Permanent Full Time, 76 hours p.f.) (Applications will remain current for 12 months). Job Ad Reference: H2610WB694678
